This picture was originally commissioned by my sister, Starfire, almost a year ago just after she left for her mission for the church. I finally finished it yesterday, and am posting here for all of you to see before she has the chance to look at it. (I have to print it out and send her a hard copy).

It is a picture of her and her companion (for those of you not familiar with the procedures of LDS missions, each missionary is assigned a companion whom they are to be with at all times) being watched over and protected from harm.

I'm fairly pleased with how this picture turned out, and can't wait to hear what Starfire thinks about it, even if it will be a couple of weeks...

It's a wonderful picture! I'm preparing to go on my mission soon, and this picture is just so beautiful, and encouraging! Plus I love the style!

...eh...last time I checked, Inuyasha wasn't a chic...has he had a gender change?

Anyways, no, it's not Inuyasha & Kag. It's a characiture (however you spell it) of one of my older sisters on her mission for our church. Thanks for the comment though (and I'm about to go put up a picture of a slaughtered version/pencil sketch of Kagome, actually...)...

Personally, I like how the two central individuals are "in focus" while the crowd is "blurry" to help make them stand out.

This looks familiar, did I see the pencil sketch or something? I really like the guardian angel watching over them. I love the position and emotion.
